Mentor – Mentee Excursions

Mentor-Mentee Excursions: Building Connections from the Start

What are they?

Mentor-mentee excursions are informal outings designed to kick-off the mentoring program for first-year students. These excursions provide a relaxed environment for first-year students (mentees) to meet and connect with their assigned mentors in a non-academic setting.

Why are they important?

The first meeting between a mentor and mentee can sometimes feel awkward. These excursions serve as an icebreaker, allowing mentees to get to know their mentors on a more personal level. This initial connection can help build a strong foundation for a successful mentoring relationship throughout the year.

Stay tuned for more information about upcoming mentor-mentee excursions targeting the 2024 April and July intake students
